Pneumatic piston stainless steel on-off ball valve

Description:

ZSHO/ZDRO Series ball valves, two pieces design in small size, and three pieces design in large size. Floating ball construction in DN15 through DN150, and Trunnion mounted ball construction in DN200 through DN500. The ball is using special surface treatment technology to ensure the good abrasion resistance. Valves with PTFE seats can reduce the wear, and improve sealing performance and extend the service life. Valves can be equipped with gear, pneumatic and electric actuator.

FEATURE:

The seats compensate automatically for wear and fluctuations of pressure and temperature.
Blowout-proof stem. The stem is made separately from the ball. The lower end of the stem is designed with an integral collar to be blowout-proof, assuring sealing at all pressure.
Long cycle lige.
Low, uniform torques.
Anti-static device. A spring-loaded pin assures the electrical continuity between the ball, stem and body, to avoid sparking during the turning of the stem to open and close the valve.
Meets ASME B16.5, B16.10 and B16.34, API 608, API 598, API 607/ ISO 10497.
